Find.je Business Listing Terms

1. Who may submit a listing

You must have authority to represent the business or organisation you submit. Information must be accurate, lawful and kept reasonably up to date.

2. Listing content

You are responsible for business names, descriptions, services, images, contact details, prices, opening hours, offers and other information you provide. Content must not be misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing or deceptive.

3. Business plans & listings

Each standard Business plan covers one business listing. An account may hold more than one listing where each listing has the appropriate plan or entitlement. Current plan prices, features and billing periods are shown on the plan selector and at checkout.

Professional, Featured and Premium Partner provide different levels of visibility. Paid placement does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, sales or business results.

4. Payment & FIND references

Find.je currently uses bank transfer and standing order for paid listing plans. Each order is assigned its own FIND payment reference. You should use that reference for payments relating to that order so we can match them correctly.

Payment and listing approval are separate. A listing can remain pending while payment or content is being checked. If payment is not received or cannot be matched, the related paid service may be paused or ended.

5. Promotions & Small Biz Rate

Promotional codes are subject to the eligibility, dates and usage limits displayed with the offer. The Small Biz Rate is intended for eligible freelancers, sole traders and small independent businesses meeting the published eligibility description.

6. Offers

Eligible commercial listings may publish Offers. Offers must be genuine, current and accurately describe any price, saving, expiry date, restrictions or other material conditions.

7. Events

Event listings are separate from standard Business memberships unless expressly included. The current standard Event Listing product is one Event with a seven-day publication window beginning when the Event is first published.

8. Clubs & Classes

Clubs & Classes can use the free package where the club or class is completely free for participants to attend, including eligible charities, non-profits and community groups. To qualify, there must be no membership fee, session charge or paid ticket. If participants are charged for any sessions or access, the relevant paid Clubs & Classes plan applies. Free-package eligibility and all listings remain subject to Find.je review and moderation.

9. Reviews & responses

Businesses may respond to reviews but must follow the Review Guidelines. Attempts to manipulate reviews or harass reviewers may result in moderation or account action.

10. Moderation

Find.je may edit formatting, request changes, reject, unpublish or remove listings where reasonably necessary for accuracy, safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.

11. Submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Find.je permission to host, display, format and promote that content in connection with Find.je and your listing. You must have the rights needed to provide images and other materials.

12. Refunds & cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service supplied, the circumstances and applicable law. Payments for services already provided or publication periods already started may not be refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed.

13. Liability

Find.je does not guarantee listing performance, traffic, leads or sales and is not responsible for disputes between businesses and customers, user-generated reviews, inaccurate information supplied by a business or temporary platform outages, to the extent permitted by law.
